Apparently, I'm just in an animal-loving mood lately, as all the good stories seem to be about animals. Which reminds me, I should post another Carmel pic here soon. Hmmm, maybe this weekend.
By the way, does anyone have any sure-fire tips for relieving sore muscles? I started up with a personal trainer and it has been EXCRUTIATING! Ugh. If it means pain, I'm not sure I need the gain!
