The fact checkers must be out on their smoke break

I was looking for a specific story to post here about cats playing with rats to prepare rats for landmine hunting (there were 3 cat stories on msnbc today--I thought that would make a nice little vignette!). In searching for that third story, I found this instead.

It's a fairly nice article about the company I work for--I normally wouldn't name the company, but this is important--Portland General Electric--taking out some old dams. The only problem is that MSNBC doesn't seem to know the difference between Portland General Electric and General Electric--two companies that are not at all related. The article goes so far as to put in a disclaimer saying we own MSNBC. Ha ha ha! Egg on your face, MSNBC!

I still can't find the cat and rat story, but there is this spooky/comforting cat story. Of course, if I were about to cross into the great unknown, I think the last thing I would want is a snuggle from a kitty!

MSNBC does have a slide show, which I don't know how to link here, of celebrity mug shots. How come most of them (notable exceptions being James Browne and Nick Nolte--who just look messed up) look like they came from photobooths instead of police stations?
