Happy Easter everyone! I hope your holiday--if you celebrate it--was wonderful and all that. I admit that I spent most of it working--or putting my Studmuffin to work moving tables, cleaning church kitchens and, as we speak, trying to make a ricotta cheese mixture "fluffy." And all of this after he spent umpteen dozen hours on a plane returning to me from the other side of the planet. He must love me. Or he's a sadist--I'm not sure which. But, honestly, he really shouldn't complain too much as it is earning him brownie points. Just today, someone at church told him he was far better than the last guy I brought. I think that might actually be a compliment (and, frankly, very true! Let's just say that most of the past 33 years were my crazy period. I might still be in that crazy period but, if so, my Studmuffin is the same kind of crazy.)
I will say that this is the first Easter in, probably, ever when I did not consume ANY Cadbury Creme Eggs. I'm not sure if I'm proud or horrified by this fact. You know, my Studmuffin said he'd buy me a cadbury creme egg and, alas, he has not. Whatever....I won't let him forget it. Bwaa-haa-haa!!!!!!
